Today, our Innovation & Support department is helping young innovators, Current AUCA students, achieve their dreams through the project SkillMatrix. The objective of this project is to develop a web-based portal that allows IT companies to dynamically manage employee skills, assess competency levels, identify training needs, and efficiently assign personnel to projects.
Through this initiative, young innovators gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and practical skills, preparing them to contribute effectively to real-world IT projects while turning their ideas into impactful solutions.
